CourseGraphic This state approved course meets the requirements for taking the Nursing Assistant certification exam. The purpose of this course is to learn and demonstrate the basic skills required to care for the elderly. The course consists of a minimum of 30 classroom hours, 16 lab hours and 30 clinical hours. It is designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to care for residents in the long-term care setting as required by law.
