Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) level of training is the minimum training requirement in the State of Iowa to transport patient in an ambulance to a hospital. This training includes classroom with psychomotor skill practice with onsite clinical/field training. Students must register and pass with 80% to be eligible to take the NREMT certification exam. Books, uniform shirt and study sites included in price of course. This course is based on the National EMT educational standards.
