Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Please read:  The class can be taken for college credit or non-credit. Need-based tuition assistance is available. Uniforms/scrubs and a watch with a second hand are required for the clinical portion of the course. Orientation night is mandatory (2/24/26). A background check is required and will be completed at orientation. The 2-step TB test is required and needs to be completed before clinical starts. You will need a writing implement (pen, pencil, highlighter). Course fee amount includes tuition, background check, textbook, workbook, handbook, all necessary lab supplies, and first attempt at state certification testing when taken at Iowa Lakes Community College. Additional printed PowerPoint handouts are available for an additional $50. All PowerPoints are available in a digital format.
