This session will review tools that can be used daily to build up your confidence, dealing with fear, perfectionism, self-doubt, low self-esteem, criticism, and rejection. You will also learn the basic steps and skills needed to be able to inspire confidence in others as a leader. Including how to develop competence, caring, communication skills, and connections to help a leader mentor and bring a new level of confidence to employees.
