This is a fun, interactive session that will dive into emotional intelligence.  Participants will learn about four key areas: self-awareness, social awareness, relationship management, and self-management.  Participants will learn take-home strategies to become competent and confident in the key areas of emotional intelligence critical to leadership positions.  The industry is realizing how important emotional intelligence is in the workplace for productivity and employee morale.
